I’m Pen, a somatic educator, community advocate, and qigong practitioner. I create spaces where women can reclaim their energy and wellbeing in ways that are grounded, sustainable, and connected to justice.
Most of us know our wellbeing matters. We set the intention to prioritise it… and then work, family, caring for others, and the state of the world often push it further down the list.
I offer classes and workshops to help you follow through on those intentions — not with more pressure or guilt, but with simple, grounding practices that work in real life.
Through movement, elemental Qigong, breathwork, and other embodiment tools, I help you:

I believe our bodies are not separate from our politics. How we move, rest, and take care of ourselves shapes how we show up in the world.
When we prioritise our holistic wellbeing, we create the capacity to contribute to something bigger by co-creating a more equitable, compassionate world for everyone.
